Shocking Shocking Shocking service

I called Nedbank a total of 6 times this morning! First call I explained I needed to speak to bond cancellations they put me through to bond collections. She tried to transfer me and I got cut off. 2nd call got transferred to a number temporarily unavailable and cut off. 3rd time transferred to home loans and she gave me three Jhb numbers which are no longer in service. 4th call asked a question and then cut off. 5th call I phoned and get transferred back to bond collections. 6th call finally get told I am not able to call home loan cancellations and must leave a message for them to call me. what kind of service is this and how frustrating is this to a customer with 37 years as a nedbank client
