SHOCKING SERVISE FROM NEDBANK

I had hail damage on 1 November at my house in Middelburg Mpumalanga. the claim C*** was opened at NEDBANK, and they appointed a contractor from natal, what a joke. luckily i phoned him and he said that he wasn't working in Mpumalanga. So another day is waisted for the assessors to come to my house for the hail damage. IT IS RAINING EVERY DAG AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT MABY MORE TO GET THIS SETTELD. Now if it rains again there will be more damage and them what. I did phone the insurance NEDBANK and told them about this joke
