SHOCKING SERVICE - NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

Good Day, I received an SMS from Nedbank to collect my credit card from the Brand Road Branch. (Durban) That branch is an absolute chaos. Upon arrival, there was no reception or service counter. A security guard whom I approached, asked be to wait at the entrance. I explained to him why I am there. I waited for 15 minutes without any feedback. He subsequently disappeared. (I suppose to conduct his guarding duties) There is no service there. It is non-existent. No direction. Absolute shambles. NEDBANK WAS ONCE THE DOYEN OF THE BANKING INDUSTRY. THEY ARE NOW A SHADOW OF IT'S PREVIOUS SELF. AND YOU WONDER WHY YOU ARE LOSING MARKET SHARE. SHOCKING SERVICE.
