Shocking Service - Nedbank

I have been debited with 2 ********** charges on my card this morning which amounts to R4000.00. and Nedbank was informed immediately. Nedbank has informed me that it will take approx. 6 weeks to look into this - this is money from my cheque account and due to a breech in their security system, I MUST wait 6 weeks for an investigation to take place and I have to pay for 3 repalcement cards...at my expense !!!??? I will definitely be moving all of my accounts and my husband will too, to another bank, if Nedbank does not sort this out and compensate me for the charges of the new cards.
