Shocking Service from Nedbank Private Banking.

It is unbelievable how badly Nedbank has deteriorated. Whenever we need to speak to our private bankers they are not at work or available. The latest is just trying to purchase some foreign currency has taken two weeks and no closer to being able to purchase Japanese Yen and Hong Kong dollars.(Both major currencies).This used to be a maximum two day process. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Nedbank you can do better than this.
