Shocking Service From Nedbank

I cannot believe the grief we have been put through trying to get money "sent to me in the Mobimoney app!!! It has been 48 hours, 12 phone calls later, elevated to management 4 times, not being able to get to work due to no funds for transport, and a more stress than I can handle!!

The only answer I keep getting is "they are working on it"

I have also phoned the complaints department 3 times and been hung up on twice!!!
