Shocking service from Nedbank ***** Division, Wonderpark, Pretoria

On the 6th November our Nedbank account was hacked and R500 was initially withdrawn. We immediately contacted Nedbank to block the card and block the account but the balance of funds were still withdrawn. According to Nedbank it seems to be an internal ***** case. We have been contacting the ***** Division numerously to get answers but no response. We were given an email address (***) and her contact number. We have not even had an acknowledgement that she has received our constant emails or the voice messages I have left. Myself and my wife are pensioners and are desperate for co-operation on this matter and need this money put back into our account. Please can you assist!
