Shocking Service from Nedbank Credit Card Division

Nedbank cancelled my credit cards by mistake. I have been without my credit cards (OVER THE HOLIDAY PERIOD!) for almost two weeks. The situation just got worse and worse. Terrible service from the branch in Rivonia Road, Sandton. The two Consultants I dealt with were appalling. They have no idea how to deal with customers. I still do not have my credit cards. I received an SMS to collect my credit cards in Tembisa and I live in Sandton!!!!!!!!
