Shocking Service from Nedbank

Appalling service from Nedbank. Close to 2 months now non resident account still hasn't been processed. Sent email requesting feedback 8 days later still no reply!!! Why create non- resident accounts if you Nedbank don't want us to open the accounts and bank with you. What's the purpose of it then????

I sent ***lord all the required documents but dololo. I am in Ireland am I supposed to come to the branch directly open the account then come back??
