Shocking Service

At the beginning of August 2024, I realized the second signatory on my NPO Business Account could no longer approve payments. This is after submitting FICA documents in July. I immediately emailed my personal banker and received no response. Since then, numerous emails have been submitted. I have completed and signed 4 sets of documents and FOUR months later can still not access our account. Including the banker coming to my home for me to sign said documents. This was escalated to the complaints department two weeks ago and remain unresolved. This is unacceptable service for an error made by the bank NOT a user.
