Shocking Service

I have been a client of Nedbank for 28 years and i have never been treated as badly as i have been over the past two weeks. i have had to run through absolute hurdles to make payments out of my own account. i have filled in all paperwork, hand delivered it to the branch and still get no response from my so called personal banker. i am shutting down my account to move to another bank and even that seems to be an absolute challenge. Your service levels are disgraceful!
