Shocking service delivery

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The online chat on internet banking or their money app is only good for general queries. Emails go completely unanswered or they ask for information that has already been supp****. I am currently residing outside of South Africa and have tried calling, only to be put on hold for several minutes at a time. Promises to call me back are not honoured. I am bitterly disappointed.
