Shocking service

Good day

on Thursday I went to Nedbank in Smit street in Durban because I wanted to deposit money. I got to the bank I took out my wallet and I got the banking details to were I was depositing money to, by the time I got to the teller I notice that my wallet was gone. I went to tell the security guard and he pointed me to this african male who works at the floor, I told this gentlemen what had happened and he pointed me to this lady who was a sales consultant at the bank and said she would be with me shortly as she was busy with a client. I waited for almost an hour and a half only for that lady to come to me and say that they just called her from security and from the footage they couldnt see anything as the camera doesn't cover where I was. I left and went out my boyfriend said no thats impossible,we went back inside and requested to speak to the branch manager. I was than assisted by this other lady and I explained to her what had happened she went and told the manager who never even had the decency to come and speak to me I know it wasn't there fault but I was in distress, I was weeping my eyes out cause that wallet had my identity document, drivers license my cards and R4000 and I was desperate and needed help just to view the footage to see what happened. The lady that was helping me came and told me the process that I needed to follow in order to get the footage released so I can view it and I really thank her for helping me. My biggest concern is the first lady who **** to me and said that the security company has called her and nothing was found. Did she do that to just get rid of me cause she didn't want to help me

and how my customers has she done this too, I really wonder. Thank you Nedbank in Smit street Durban, for your lack of Sympathy and poor service

If I ever step foot into a Nedbank again. It would be over my died body.
