Shocking service

Such inefficient service. They took the incorrect amount off my account short of 11 cents and now they say they haven't received payment for April and yet the amount excluding 11 cents, now they are threatening to hand me over to the credit bureau.... for 11 cents. Its taken over a month to tell me that afternumerous complaints. No wonder tha6 have such a bad review status. Try not go with them if you don't have to . Their staff are like robots. Really terrible service due to their inefficiency.
