Shocking service
<p>I have an arrangement with Nedbank every month for my loan of R700 a month.2 weeks ago they deducted R4900 off my account.I went in to the Nedbank Bayside Branch to query it they said it would take 7 days to be refunded.well it's now 2 weeks and nothing has reflected.don't people follow up for their customers and let them know.shocking.I will be closing my account and moving to better service.Mr D Bierling</p>
