Shocking non - existent service

I am utterly shocked by Nedbank ***** Department. They did absolutely nothing as in zero to help me. In fact when I called their 24hr ***** landline at 4.15pm in the afternoon I was told by the lady that the transaction was pending, I told her to stop it immediately she says she has no authority I asked for her to put me through to management or a supervisor and she said they all gone home. They couldn't care less its beyond shocking. In fact giving their ***** department one star is too much!!!!!!!!! They have done nothing to help me.
