Shocking /no service from Nedbank Card Division

Shocking service from Nedbank Card Division

I logged a dispute with the card division, with regards to an oversees transaction on the 5 June 2022. No one even bothered to acknowledge my email and a number of calls were made to the department without any reaction to date.

I have been a client of Nedbank for over 40 years and expected some service !

This is unacceptable and I am considering closing all my accounts with Nedbank !
