SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE FROM NEDBANK HOME OWNERS INSURANCE!!!

Nedbank Home Owners insurance is the worst you will ever get and we are only obligated to it because of our bond!!!! I called 6 times thus far and emailed them twice from the 8th February and to date- 19 February- NO CALL WAS MADE TO ME AS A RESPONSE/FEEDBACK, NO EMAIL WAS RESPONDED TO AND STILL THE CLAIM HAS BEEN UNATTENDED!!!!! 2 WEEKS AND THE SERVICE HERE IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!! EVEN THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT DON'T GET ANSWERED- WHY BOTHER HAVING THIS EMAIL ADDRESS???!!!! SHOCKING!!!
