Shocking experience Nedbank The Grove

My family and I were just at the The Grove Nedbank. My wife had to run out because our son had run out of the building so she had to run after him. She then returned having the security guard refuse her entrance because it was past 12. I expressed that I was the customer and I was the only one who needed help, they could just let them in. She tried to open the door to speak to him and he forcefully shut the door closed, hurting her. I spoke to the information manager and she continued to refuse my families entrance. Thereafter while I had decided to exit the building, a man had requested assistance and the security guard was more than willing to speak to him in a professional manner. This was a ***ist, unprofessional and disgraceful experience. And I require this be handled with immediate attention.
