Nedbank Global and using their app for forex transfers, what a waste of time. Tried to transfer R35000 to my son in the UK who is in urgent need of the funds and 10 days later he still hasn't received it. They now, after all this time, tell me the swift code is incorrect but when using the app it accepts the swift code I was given for Barclays in the UK. They also have the audacity to tell me that I will have to pay the charges to transfer the funds again as well as the costs incurred because they had to query the transaction. Furthermore, I was also told that it is going to take up to another 6 working days for the funds to be returned to me.....not acceptable. My recommendation is don't use Nedbanks app for forex transfers
