Shocking ***** department at Nedbank

9 weeks today since I was de*****ed. I have called & emailed &.keep being told that the investigator Donald is still busy. Is there really only 1 investigator for all the Nedbank ***** cases? Still no confirmation re refund. Very stressful time for me. Less than impressed!!
