Shocking customer service from Nedbank (everything is automated with no productivity)

Shocking Nedbank and MFC Struggling to get to Assisted Finance, I've never been shunted around so badly. Nobody takes ownership and keeps referring me to the wrong department. I am so fed up and want to close all my accounts with Nedbank. It's so infuriating, does anyone actually work there?
