Shocking customer service, empty promises

Despite numerous phone calls (at least a dozen!) emails with their 'customer service team', all I have received was empty promises and shocking service.

They took an order R6500 with me reconfirming there was stock. Only after I followed up some weeks later did they tell me sorry technical error. What a load of nonsense! I then checked that their supplier does have stock and they told me they will make a plan to get it delivered to me. That was last week, not heard a word from them since, despite my follow up email and phone call.

Ludicrous!
