Shocking banking behaviou

Nedbank froze my account due to Fica. You cannot do online and have to go into the branch Then 24 hours to activate, no warning Vusi at Howick Nebbank treated me so badly not even telling me I can make an apt. I was stuck in town unable to do shopping or put petrol in and had to be helped by family. No notice about freezing account. Disgusted.
