Shocking Bank Policy
How is it that if your account has insufficient funds that it suddenly seems like a good idea to bill that account R8.50 penalty for each failed transaction after? So now if a customer is experiencing a bad financial month and has a subscription constantly trying to make transactions (sometimes multiple times a day), that's R8.50 per failed transaction which then runs the account into negative values. Who's the mastermind at Nedbank that thought this **** up?
Some exec: "Hey, if a person can't make a payment due to insufficient funds, let's bleed their account more and put them into deeper financial troubles"
Everyone else in the board meeting: "OMG, that's brilliant, yes let's do that!"
An absolutely disgusting policy Nedbank, just a money grabbing ******ion policy
