Shocking bad service from Nedbank

It has been a month since we asked a banker - supposed to be dedicated - to move an account onto a new director's profile. It is still not done - please save yourself from endless frustration and do not open an account with Nedbank. I will be closing my business accounts after 12 years, I just cannot deal with this ***********, can't be bothered attitude.
