shocking and poor service from Nedbank La Lucia mall

<p>the branch manager from nedbank la Lucia mall does not have a customer service at all, I just wanted to do a notice of withdrawal from my investment bt she was not helpful at all and I can not understand how she got to that position if she does not have basic customer service s****s. I spent 3 hours trying to do a simple notice bt this lady was punishing me because of her *********** staff who didn't do his or her job when I opened the investment. as for Fazeela ( branch manager ) who **** to me and promised to call me back but guess what she didn't. I will discourage my business partners, my friends, my colleagues, and my kids not to consider opening accounts at any Nedbank branch. Let me remind you that it is my own money that I wanted it's not as if I wanted a loan from the bank. I really can't believe that I have been denied access to my own money because the so called branch manager who is a damn **** and doesn't have customer service....</p>
