To whom it may concern

I am really disappointed in Nedbank my account was put on a FICA hold and I was not notified I am now left stranded as I had no money to travel to work or even to go home. I needed money to get lunchx I was left hungry, I had to get my child from school and I was unable to do so.

COVID has hit me extremely hard where I found myself in a financial predicament and Nedbank is now pushing back into this predicament because I now need to go and lend money to have myself sorted out this is not fair.

Your staff in *********** that cant even do there job properly I have been to your branch thrice today to get my damn money.

Your conatct centre passes me from pillar to post for something that belongs to me and not them I am really sick because of this.

It has just pushed up my anxiety levels as I dont know what to do.

I know I will not be getting s response as this is what has happened not to long ago aswell.

I just want to close my Nedbank account and want nothing to do with this **** bank anymore
