Sherriff threats or an account with balance of R75 - not overdue !!

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and have been paying it off as per agreement. The balance on this loan is R75. Every second day get I messages with threats that a Sherriff will visit my house or work. Why? I pay my account and the balance is R75. I have the statement in front of me! I have a second loan and also pay it every month as per agreement. why am I being threatened like this? I have phoned the bank and complained via email and even the lady at your bank cannot understand why I am getting these messages. This needs this to stop !!! I need you to stop with the lies that I am not paying my account. if this matter is not resolved in 48 hours, I will report Nedbank to the ombudsman. I have once reported FNB with great success!! Reply to my complaint in writing as I want everything via email. this has to stop !!!!!!!!
