Shameless, disgusting, *********** manager

This is very stressful and also unfair because they sit in their fancy offices and then don't care about the harm they cause. They caused my neice to lose her job due to her having to sit with them 3 days in a row to sort out a problem they created and they still haven't done so! I am requesting a reference number for this complaint as I would like to supply this when I am asked questions. I am giving you 24 hours to sort out this mess urgently.
