Shameful service!

I recently financed a vehicle with MFC. I was then informed that there was provision made so that I can purchase add-on items for the vehicle, for example an extended warranty etc. I made an on-line enquiry regarding this. It has now been almost 1 week since then and I am yet to receive ANY communication from Nedbank!

This is shameful service! the customer has to beg Nedbank to do further business with them! WoW!
