Shame on you

I trusted you and believed every word you told me. You put me under the wrong impression and sweet talked your way into another victim. In Aug 2014 I took a loan and from the start I didn't want to sign due ti the interest rate,but was talked into it, I was assured that within 3-6 months I can apply for additional credit even if its R1000 just to get the interest rate down as then I will be a client/victim of Nedbank and they can give me a better interest rate. According to my calculations and the promise from Nedbank it seemed worth it to wait 6 months but all this was empty promises. Nedbank caught me and just say well you signed on the dottet line. Even if I tell them well then I'm not paying them any more they don't care I've tried everyting but they can't keep their word. According to CPA no customer can be handled differently that annother but some people get prime wher others get high rates and don't tell me about my credit record as its been clean since the first day I made my first debt and that is 10 years now! Never paid late never skipped 100% clear record
