Shame on Nedbank

Nedbank freezes all my accounts on Thursday Business and personal Phone my business manager at Nedbank to no avail I was on my way out of town for a long weekend and had no access to my money Problem at toll gate refuelling etc embarrassing situation and borrowing money Phone help line in the afternoon as our business manager not answering his phone Call centre told me due to outstanding fica update, accounts were frozen. We had no request for any fica documents or prior notification/warning. Got them to unfreeze my business account as we needed to pay wages Saturday they refroze my accounts Have been banking at Nedbank for 42 years and am now considering moving as I can’t have a institution close down my business when they please Shame on Nedbank
