Shady Diligence by Nedbank Home Loan

Recently bought a house through Nedbank Home Loans that was a new development and sold to me by KWClockwork.

It has been less than a year and I have had plumbing and electrical issues, even the whole complex is experiencing the same. We recently found out that the plumbing material used was not SABS approved which is making me worry about what due diligence was done by Nedbank for them to approve!!

Paying for a house approved by Nedbank is making me question what Nedbanks building complaince standards.

I am frustrated and really not happy with where things are. I would like Nedbank to account on how this was approved? Electrical fence not compliant, Plumbing not compliant etc.

What does it mean for me?
