shabby treatment

I am a widow with very little income but I try and keep my bank account *** open in case I need it. Imagine my surprise when I am told my account has been frozen due to suspicious deposits and withdrawals by an extremely rude lady called Telma Please note I had received no communication from the bank about this. I am semi disabled so having to drag myself to the bank for nothing is not fair. I do not know where the money came from and how it was taken out of the account again as no one besides me has log in details and there are no other signatories on my account I would appreciate it if someone can rectify this ******* please cell number ***
