Shabby service from Nedbank

On Friday, 2020.12.11, l went to Nedbank Trade Route to collect my Credit Card. One of the employees made me to sit and wait for almost an hour unnecessarily. He did not know how the locker system work. He was not interested. He left me and went to enjoy his lunch. I am about to leave Nedbank. They can keep their *********** employee. I know l can get a better service elsewhere. Good bye Nedbank.
