Settlements

I am under debt review since 2017 and now retrenched on the 31st of October. Staffmember of nedbank for 34 years. Trying now for more than a month to get settlements from them for my cards. Sending emails with no replies. They are very quick to phone or send messages about arrears. Can they not phone or reply with settlements as there will be no salary to pay them in future. All the banks are giving 20 or 30% discounted settlements but nedbank refuses.
