Settlement taking over a week to be allocated

I paid my account with Nedbank Credit Card on the 5th of June and do date they say they have not received the funds and it has not been allocated. I have been following with them and was referred to EFG who never answers their calls and take their own sweet time. I want to close my card and this payment was a final settlement. a simple task has now taken a week.
