Settlement quote for nedbank credit card that was handed over

I have credit card with Nedbank due to being dismissed at work I couldn't make payments monthly my account was handed over to Brook& Lyt attorney however I made agreement to pay account 500 when I have as I was not working then I find something I called Brook& Lyn and I requested statement to see if the is move in the account was told they will have to call Nedbank to send to them then Last month I requested settlement quote I want to settle the account was told supervisor will call me of which I was never be called so all I need Nedbank and deal with Brook and Lyt attorney I need the settlement quote of the account
