Settlement proposal ignored and no feedback

A company by the name of EFGlegal seems to have been appointed by Nedbank to do collections. With a lot of ups and downs eventually a motivational letter for settlement, bank statements and other proof has been sent to EFG who confirm( email below ) that information has been sent to Nedbank.
