Settlement of outstanding loan

I had a personal loan that I took from Nedbank klerksdorp about 8 years ago I payed the account for a year the loan amount was 12000.after a year I lost my job as it closed down I went into the branch and the lady at the info told me it would be sorted out as she was very helpful.my idea was everything was sorted out so I left it they phoned me about 5 years ago and I still disputed the fact that I had owed them money.<br> after that no one phoned except for a lady about 2 and a half years back she demanded I pay them money but sounded like someone from Nigeria I did not communicate with her as there are so many ****s out there and I have the rite to have someone speak to me in my own language.<br> after that no one phone me.<br> I recently came into some money it's not alot but it's 7500 and I phoned them.after phoning about 6 different numbers just to get to someone that can tel me i should send them an email stating why I should be given the chance to pay 7500 instead of 12000.<br> So I send an email.<br> They phoned me Friday 28/03/15 to tel me they can only go as low as 9800 no email stating the settlement.when I phone not they phone me it's like they are doing me a favor.
