Settlement letter

I tried to apply for a cellphone contract with Mtn and it was declined due to Nedbank blocking my id number. they then listed my name at Shamwari database. At Shamwari they gave me the following numbers:*** not working and *** spoke to Louis an he took my id number and cellphone number to give it to relevant department. The reason for them to block my id was that I took a credit card in 2007 and was resolved in 2009 of which I dispute. I took a loan with them not credit card. what I need from them is the letter that clears my name from their Shamwari because I need to buy a house as in now. it is difficult for me cause I can't get help from Nedbank, please assist.<br>
