Settlement letter

Can you guys have a sense of urgency in providing customer service, you are frustrating me seriously. I have been asking for a settlement letter since Tuesday. All the consultants i spoke to have promised that the letter was sent to my email address ,still today nothing on my inbox. Is the letter flying from somewhere maybe?
