Settlement discount amount on nedbank credit card

My Nedbank credit card account was handed over to Brooks& Lyt attorney due to that I'm was not working I couldn't able to pay it. However I inform nedbank that I'm dismissed to my work. Last month I called Brooks $ Lyt several times requesting the settlement discount and statement to see how much is outstanding. I was advised the supervisor will call me of which no one call me.
