Settlement discount

I went through a rough financial patch in the last two years, and I was unable to pay most of my debts, my Nedbank credit card was handed over to a third party debt collector, I have been making regular payments for all my accounts for the past 3 months. I am now in a position to settle my debts and have managed to negotiate a settlement discount with all my debtors with the exception of NEDBANK, they are just not willing to help even when I explain my problems and have saved up to pay the principal debt. I am unable to get a job because of the negative listing on my name. Nedbank is the worst bank to do business with. They will not help when you really need them
