Settlement ***

I have been struggling just get settlement letter from you guys. I finally got it. I made a payment on the 9th May and i'm told payment not reflecting.

Can you please allocate and help me with a special settlement in order to close the account. I have been paying the amounts as per my arrangement and now i just need you to help me with a discount so that i can close the account once and for all.

I'm begging that you call me and send give me a discount to settle the account today if possible.
