Settled Credit Card still Active

I settled my credit card in August 2022. Its been 7 months and this account is still reflecting as active on my credit profile.

I have called numerous times and no one seems to know how to handle this. I am getting annoyed with the lack of knowledge and bad service from Nedbank!
