Settement Account info

I am looking for the settlements amount, and banking details to settle.<br> I have phoned call center, They said they do not give the banking details with the letter. and it will take up to 48 hours to send the banking details, and 48 hours to receive the funds, which will affect the 7 days for the settlement amount the quoted me on Monday 11 April 2016.<br> I still have not received what I am looking for.<br> This is really frustrating. How hard can it be to get account information. <br> Please assist.
