Set Debit Order Date not being adhered to

I have a Nedbank personal loan, the first debit order date is set for the 26th of every month.
First of all the second debited month they took the amount of on the 23rd of the month! Hell, I only get paid on the 25th, upon calling them about this they said that its not a problem for them, if there happens to be not enough money in the account at that time they will just keep putting it through until it goes off successfully - ALL THIS AT MY EXPENSE OF COURSE. - YOU SCHMUCKS how do you do business like this!
It was then that I set a debit order date with them for the 26th of every month.
Now TODAY 11 December, the amount has already been deducted from my account.
NEDBANK you idiots are in breach of your own contract.
I have now instructed my bank (Which is not Nedbank) to cancel your debit order and when you finally notice that you cant just take money from my account when you feel like it, You an call me and I will then EFT you the money every month on the LAST WORKING DAY of every month.
You A-Holes would not keep to your own contract, now you will feel it!!!!
