Service - what service

If there were -stars I would award a -5. I am apparently a private client, with no support from anyone. I needed statements for a tax audit and was told to print them and bring them in to the bank to have them stamped as requested by SARS, while standing at the bank.

Ques are endless and slow at all branches.

If I had a choice, I would do everything online, however that is not possible.
